But when i renamed/moved comms folder, no new comms folder is being generated by mail app/windows. After restarting a new comms folder would be made by windows and mail would start. Yet it is not resolvedĤ) A common suggestion found was to rename the comms folder in user/appdata/local folder. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app using powershellģ) Waited for another cumilative windows update and mail update. Either it is shutting down or showing error code 0x80004005. Then i resetted the mail app but after which i am not able to add any account. I tried terminating and removing accounts from the mail app, but the app started crashing and shutting down.
Oh, well What more can I say beyond Windows 10 was not made in heaven. Side note: Same thing happened with Microsoft Sudoku and almost all of my windows 10 fonts disappeared had had to be reinstalled piecemeal. The app is crashing and shutting down or showing error 0x80004005Īfter the cumulative update of windows 10 version 1803 (KB4343909) and/or Windows mail update (not sure when but around a week back), my windows mail app stopped syncing. Microsoft solitaire collection is gone for good on my computer.
